Making Knit Cupckes with Friends

This was the lovely day I had last Friday. My friend, Lisa, who declares she is not crafty at all, had a knit cupcake party. There were about 10 of us, old sweaters in tow. We had real cupcakes and the best egg, ortega chile and cream cheese casserole ever, and we sat around for hours chatting and cutting up sweaters and making them into these sweet confections. It was easier than it looks, and it was so fun to have a day with friends to be at ease and do something creative. Hope you enjoy these!
